At Mudy Jewelry we make ordering your personalized jewelry easy and transparent. Below you will find all information about our ordering and delivery process.
Order process

Choose product
Select the piece of jewelry you want to personalize, such as a name necklace. -
Personalize
Enter the desired name or text, choose the color and chain length. Check your choice carefully before adding the product to your cart. -
To settle
Go to the shopping cart, fill in your details and complete the payment via one of our secure payment methods.
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Production time
Our jewelry is custom made especially for you. The production time is on average 3-5 working days .
Delivery
After the production time your order will be shipped.
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
You will receive an email with a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped, so you can track your package.
Postage costs
- Standard shipping: €2.95

- Please check your address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
- During busy periods, such as holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.
